Missing Chapter
Points deducted for missing chapter without filling out an excused absence form (communication is important!).

Unpaid Dues (>$100)
Points deducted for having over $100 in unpaid dues three weeks after they are posted to Bill Highway.

Skipping Required Cleanup
Points deducted for skipping required day-after clean up following special D or other in-house events without appropriate and timely communication of an excused absence.

Skipping Theta Job
Points deducted for skipping any Theta job that you explicitly said you would complete without appropriate and timely communication of an excused absence.

Missing Work Day
Points deducted for missing Work Day (part of Recruitment prep) without an excused absence.

Missing Philanthropy
Points deducted for missing philanthropy (Thetabreakers and other quarterly events) without appropriate and timely communication of an excused absence. If you consistently miss philanthropy, you will also need to go to MDC to have a conversation about eligibility to live in the house.

Points deducted for missing recruitment slots without appropriate and timely communication of an excused absence. If you consistently miss recruitment slots, you will also need to go to MDC to have a conversation about eligibility to live in the house.

Points deducted for missing an entire day of recruitment (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) without an excused absence.

Points deducted for having over one quarters worth of unpaid dues three weeks after they are posted to BillHighway.

Breaking Theta Rules
Points deducted for knowingly breaking any Theta rules that leads to the chapter being put on probation. Includes but not limited to bringing high schoolers to Theta events, preventing someone from being transported if medically necessary, hazing, serious violations of the law, etc. You will also need to have a meeting with MDC to discuss consequences and resolutions.

Drinking as Sober Monitor
Points deducted for drinking as a sober monitor. You signed up to be sober and keep people safe. It endangers both our members and our disciplinary standing as a chapter if you do not take this role seriously.
